3 Months Old!
Today Lauren (aka our "
Little Love Bug", "Princess", "Baby Girl"& "Sweetheart") turned 3 months old! How is it that
3 months during pregnancy seems like FOREVER, but these past
3 months couldn't have flown by faster?

Lauren is
laughing now and will laugh when Darin tickles her arm or kisses her neck. Every now and then one of us will be holding her and she will suddenly start laughing at one of her brothers or her sister. She is already so entertained by them! Just this week she started curling up in a little ball and
rolling onto her side. It won't be long until she makes it all the way over onto her tummy! I'm starting to put away the newborn clothes and dress her in the 3-6 month sizes. Her hair is growing in a
beautiful brown color and her eyes are still a
deep dark blue.
These have truly been the very best months of my life. They have made my heart wish that I could freeze time so my kids couldn't grow up so fast. I am enjoying them all so much! I love watching Lauren sleep in my arms, smelling her sweet baby smell and stroking her soft fuzzy head. My heart is full to overflowing with love and happiness for this sweet baby girl. There aren't words to fully express the level of emotion I feel as a
Mother. I have more than I ever dreamed of. Lauren has brought so much love into our lives.

that's so crazy! how time flies.. you are so lucky to have 2 boys, 2 girls, both sets will be so close and then some! i hope we score like that when we start havin kids. they're so dang cute too!
Time is flying by way too fast! It won't be long before Hudson and Lauren are best friends. Do we force this friendship on our children or what? My kids would rather see your kids than anyone else in the whole world I think. Love you guys, Lauren is such a doll.
I love reading your blog, Janell! You often inspire me and remind me how wonderful it is to be a mother. :) I feel like you do, that I wish I could make them stay little, they just grow waaaaay too quickly.
Janell - I'm so happy for you and for your family! Lauren is such a precious jewel in the crown you wear as daughter, wife and mother. You make me proud to be your dad!
