Joanna celebrated her birthday on New Years Eve; Happy Birthday Sis!
To celebrate Joanna's birthday, my Mom took us to lunch at The Mission Inn.... it was beautiful there and the food was AMAZING! Afterword we did a little shopping. I love shopping with Joanna, we always end up in the dressing room laughing hysterically at ourselves and throwing clothes back and forth to each other... so much fun.
I truly have the best sister, no one compares to her. She is a wonderful mother, a super-fun auntie to my kids, she is creative, thoughtful and kind. She gives me great advice and has been there for me through thick and thin and is the greatest pregnant buddy ever! :)
I couldn't imagine my life without Joanna. We talk every day, sometimes multiple times a day. Growing up I would have never believed we'd ever be this close. We were such opposites! We were the sisters with the line drawn down the middle of the room; my side neat and tidy, hers a mess with stinky soccer socks scattered across the floor. She was all about sports, super smart and naturally beautiful. I have always admired her. It wasn't until I left for college and got married that I realized how much she meant to me. We are so blessed to live so close to each other. I believe that I could move anywhere in the world as long as Joanna came with me. There's no friend like a sister, and no better sister than Joanna!

i love you guys and how close you are. everything you said reminds me of me and arica (especially the line down the middle of the room with my side as the clean side haha).
Thanks sis. I love you just as much, or even more! Sorry about all those stinky soccer socks- fun times. Sadly my home never is quite as neat and tidy as yours, but I have improved quite a bit over the years.
