I thought I'd share a visual of just one reason we've been consistently late to church this month. What you can't see in the pictures is that her dress is covered in gel too. I had to give her a bath and throw the dress in the wash. 
For months now we've been trying to teach Lauren that hair gel isn't for eating, it is for styling hair. I think she got the message!

Was she just trying to be helpful and do her own hair? And does she really try to eat it???
So cute and funny and naughty all at the same time. She is adorable. Jake did the same thing before church but with vaseline.
