I made these last night for the girls.

These moist, tasty bars are so yummy that I gave them away to keep myself from eating too much!
You've got to try em...
Frosted Banana Bars
2 cups + 2 Tbsp Flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter soft
1 cup buttermilk (or milk)
3 bananas ripe
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Mix and pour onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
Frosting
1 cup butter melted
2 cups powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 oz. cream cheese softened
Mix and pour over banana bars. Frosting will be runny. Put in refrigerator and serve chilled.
Enjoy!

yikes!!! I love any recipe with fresh bananas, but 4 sticks of butter is Sooo not good for my body. I'm going to make them though. : ) YUM!
Glad you liked them! I told you they were the best! Now I should try making them instead of waiting for Andrea to make them for me :).
Mmm... that looks tasty. It's always nice to get new recipes, especially when someone has tried them out and they're good.
