You'd have thought I was giddy teenager last night as I watched American Idol. I thought the finale show was totally awesome! The performances were so entertaining and the bikini girl segment was hilarious. Then to top it off.... they put Kris on stage with KEITH URBAN... my all time favorite singer!!! I was on cloud nine! Give that guy a country contract and watch him SOAR to to top of the country charts. Darin was staring at me like I had been possessed as I jumped off the couch and sang along. For the first time since season One, (when I voted for Kelly Clarkson) Tuesday night I picked up the phone and voted for Kris. When he sang I got goosebumps. He is fantastic!

I agree- that finale was spectacular! Totally entertaining. I was a little weary of the whole 2 hour thing- but it did not disappoint.

I loved the 2 hours too :). Although, I wasn't quite as sure about Kris as you were. Obviously he was more likable, but what about the best voice... he hem (I was an Adam lover obviously :)
I am so glad he won too! Adam is too scary and screamy for me. Plus I saw pictures of him making out with a guy online that kind of grossed me out! :/ I love how humble and down to earth kris is. Too bad you don't live closer so we could watch together. Craig doesn't like to watch it, so I usually watch it alone. :(

YEAH!!!!!!! I so agree. We were all holding hands and April made us cross our feet (how pathetic huh) but I guess you jumped off the couch...so we are both there. I was SO HAPPY and love the final show too...so fun.
