You know it's been "one of those days" when you realize you did this....
Yes, that is my kitchen cleaner on the top shelf of the refrigerator.
Who knows why I put it there, I can think of a million possibilities.
Darin and I had a good laugh when we found it.
I get so distracted these days with 4 little ones and a hubby all needing my attention CONSTANTLY!
So, after dinner was all cleaned up I decided to treat myself and make a batch of my favorite low-fat chocolate chip cookies, which really aren't "low-fat", just "LOWER IN FAT"! (Check out the end of this post for the recipe.)
It was so much fun watching Lauren discover cookie dough for the first time.
If I ask her if she wants a bath, she will run to the tub. When I tell her to put something in the trash, she will waddle down the hall to the bathroom and throw it away. If I ask her to give something to Daddy, or go find Daddy, she will go looking until she finds him. When she wants or needs something, she will tug on my leg until I give her my attention, then point and chatter as if to explain what she wants. Today at the Hallmark store she was having her own little "conversation" with the lady behind the register, it was the cutest thing. As we left the store Lauren blew the lady kisses and everyone "oohed and awed" at what an adorable little baby she is.
Everyone just loves this little girl, and I feel like the luckiest Mom in the world that she is mine!
Low-Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 dozen
These cookies use 1/2 the fat of regular chocolate chip cookies and you can't tell an ounce of difference. They are soft in the middle if you don't over bake and they literally melt in your mouth.
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup margerine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips (must use to cut the fat)
Cream first 5 ingredients together then add the rest. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Enjoy!

She is so cute. And she has so much hair since the last time I saw her. What a cutie
I really can't believe how much these little ones are already understanding! Hudson does some of the same and it amazes me. She is quite the doll :)
Too funny about the simple green in the fridge. I hope no one drank any of it! :)
Hilarious!
I copied the reciepe too...thanks.
What a cute little girl! Thanks for the recipe. I'm going to definitely try the cookies!
