Have you ever thought of collecting hail? I haven't, but my kids did!
Trent was out there as it was falling, he loved it.
Here's Darin helping them collect the hail more efficiently. It was falling off the roof here and landing in a big pile on the grass.
When I said that my "kids" collected hail, that included my biggest kid... my husband!

The rain has been fun. We've been sipping hot chocolate and making homemade cinnamon rolls. We drove through the dairies this morning and went through a few really deep areas. The kids thought it was great! We love the rain!

so funny that my kids did the same thing. Capri was sad when hers was all melted. Guess that is the closest we get to snow around here :).
That is so cool! I heard that it hailed in San Diego last week, but I didn't see any of it. I'm so glad that your children are so adventurous and curious to collect hail!
