Thursday we went to Disneyland as a family for the first time! Even though it was crowded we had a good time and are looking forward to going back with our new Annual Passes. I was so surprised at how brave Trey is. He is not afraid of anything! While Trent and Julia were holding on tight and closing their eyes, Trey had his hands up in the air with a huge grin on his face! He is such a crack-up! Julia is just barely 40 inches tall, so she got to go on all the big kid rides with her brothers. Trent spent the entire day searching for characters to sign his autograph book and Darin decided that the Buzz Lightyear ride was his new favorite. We had to go on it twice so he could beat his score from the first time through. Lauren got to go on at least half of the rides with us. She slept through everything, even the drops on Pirates of the Caribbean and the really loud show in Bug's World. She is such a good baby!
I had talked Darin into taking Trent, Trey and Julia on our annual "Spring Break camping trip" without Lauren and I, but once I realized how lonely I'd be with out them, I just had to go! The weather was so nice! The kids enjoyed playing in the sand while I relaxed with my latest obsession... the book Twilight by Stephanie Meyer.. it was so good! Lauren and I stayed in a nice, WARM hotel room near the camp grounds while Darin and the kids roughed it all night in a tent. It wasn't too hard to convince them to join me at the hotel the second night! We had a "slumber party" and watched cartoons until they all fell asleep. Here they are ready for a scooter ride with Grandma Salmon , Bruin and Capri.

We had such a great time with you guys. I'm glad I talked you into going camping. Hopefully we will get passes soon too, so we can spend a few afternoons there with the kids.
Hi Janell! I don't know if you will remember me. This is Amanda Horvath (formerly Sullivan), daughter of Monica Sullivan! I was looking at someone's blog and my mom saw your name and said, Oh does she have one? So we found yours! Your children are so adorable! And I just finished reading Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse. SOOOO good! I can't w ait for the 4th one!
i love that you guys are on here too!!! we are moving back to san diego next month so hopefully we will get to see you guys a lot more!
Heeey! Yes life is going great being married.. and I'm glad you're loving the books. I read them in 2 weeks, and I loved number 3 better than 2, so have fun. :) Love you guys!
Looks like fun! I am jealous of the nice weather and your husbands break off from school. Craig graduates on May 23rd and then if off with now work or school for like a month. We'll have to do something fun! Too bad we cant afford a cruise or trip to Hawaii . . . maybe someday! About the digital scrapbooking, my mother in law gave me some software on a disk that has a lot of pre-made pages and you just fill in the blank spots with your own pics. I know you could buy software for like 20 bucks on e-bay. There are also a lot of links that offer free stuff, but I haven't figured out how to do all that yet . . . it looks complicated. I have a link on my blog called, My Crazy Life. The lady is very into digital scrapbooking and has a lot of links, explanations, etc. My pages look very boring compared to hers! Continue to enjoy the Twilight series! I read them all. . . I heard that the 4th one is coming out in August. Oh, and we'll have to get together when we are there for Craig's graduation! I want to see your baby! Love ya!
CUTE!! You are a LUCKY family!! You guys look like you had a FUN easter with the WHOLE GANG!! ;) MISS YOU GUYS! Hope all is well!
